The designer Shay Sabag has bought the loft and decorated it in accordance with own preferences. After that the loft was displayed for sale. Shay Sabag asks $915 000 for 200 sq. meters of exquisite loft.

First of all designers uncovered the concrete surface finish and removed the plaster and whitewash of the ceiling and walls. Grey walls, the ceiling and the floor are compliant with tinctures of brown and laconic black.

This interior isn`t a classical loft, yet it embodies the concept of an integrated residential space, where zones are only defined by light partitions and colour emphases.
