The architect Alexandra Fedorova has presented her new project. It took five years to build a house in the Moscow’s suburb. Originally the house project has been presented by another architect, but a customer didn’t like the design of house facades made by his friend. Therefore, Alexandra Fedorova had to restyle them and complete the interior.
There are three floors on the area of 1000 square meters, one of which is the underground floor. All the public area of the residence including the entrance hall, garage and spacious living room is designed on the ground level. The main feature of the stair hall is the high ceiling. The stairs are cantilevered from the wall and are faced with white korianom. Staircase enclosure is a project of the architects specially designed for this house. It is made of metal cylinders crossed with each other.

The common area on the first floor contains the dining room and fireplace. The kitchen is little bit isolated from the living room and has the large table for breakfast and comfort zone with the cooking island. There is also an access to the terrace right from the kitchen. Moreover, the indoor swimming pool of the complex shape is divided into two parts – the swimming area and Jacuzzi. The parents’ bedroom with private bathroom is also located on the first floor.

The master bedroom with the dressing room and bathroom, brother’s room and two children’s rooms are designed on the second level of this house. However, the ceilings in the bedrooms area were too high, the architects have found a decision and organized the mezzanine level, where could be a library or an office. In addition to this, the designers have provided owners of this house with the home theater, game room, billiard room with the bar and also technical rooms located on the ground floor.
