Dalkeith Residence in Perth, Australia, was renovated upon the project of Hillam Architects bureau in 2015. An ordinary small house, constructed in 1980-s, has been turned into the modern comfortable manor. The space of the house was enlarged up to 1500 sq. meters due to the enlargement to all sides.
Many elements were kept and renovated upon the client`s demand. The upper part of facades is covered with wooden material of Blackbutt plank, which stays in perfect contrast with the white building`s part and makes the house especially charming and elegant. There is an excellent kitchen-dining room with the entrance to the courtyard on the first floor. The second floor allocates three bedrooms, bathrooms, two wardrobe rooms and the room for yoga. The main premises are of double height, which make the space free and luxurious.
There is a beautiful white terrace, going round the two sides of the house. Apart from that, there is the rest zone which is truly amazing. Moreover, the summer kitchen with a fireplace, the terrace with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi provide all conditions for perfect outdoor rest.
