Lakehouse residence was projected by Max Strang Architecture Studio and located at Winter Haven, Florida (the USA). It is a modern single-floor residence of 4500 sq.ft (420 sq. meters). The building lays claim to be the first private house, which complies with the certification demands for LEED “green” houses in the city. This was achieved due to passive ventilation, plenty of natural light, solar photovoltaic system, solar water heaters and LED-based lighting. Modern design of this residence is also worth noticing, which consists of four bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, cabinet, terrace and a swimming pool.
