James & Mau architectural bureau has introduced a private house in Tarifa town, the province of Cadiz, Spain. The residence is built on the hill, overlooks the valley and Straits of Gibraltar and allows to use the advantages of Mediterranean climate, namely warm summer and mild winter. The project contains elements of the typical Andalusian architectural style with narrow streets and lots of inner yards. The residence is of 330 square meters and is made as opened as possible. At the same time, the main its feature is availability of terraces, which unite separate pavilions, looking like tiny houses in a small village.
