The mansion from the “Scarface” film is currently on sale for $18 million. This luxurious villa is situated at Santa Barbara, California, despite the events, according to the scenario, took place in Miami. This mansion was developed by the architect Bertram Goodhue for the New-York customer as early as at the beginning of the 1900s. Needless to say that this villa had been changed for several times and was totally reconstructed before its positioning at the real estate market. At that, the Roman and Middle-East elements in the building`s style remained its core feature. Hand-made painting, pure gold finish as well as antique furniture and decor items were carefully saved. The total square of 930 square meters locates four bedrooms, nine bathrooms, luxurious dining zone, cozy living room and other premises. There is also a terrace on the mansion`s roof, providing the astonishing view on the Pacific Ocean.
