Architects of Doherty Lynch studio have designed this modern farmhouse ‘Finnon Glen’ near the reservation Healesville in Victoria, Australia. The original building was completely destroyed by a large fire and the owner wanted to have a new house with simplicity, spaciousness and modern look, without going beyond the limited budget. A large family with 17 grandchildren needed a cozy country residence for a holiday with a relaxing atmosphere and stylish decor. The introduction of “green” technology allows making the house not only modern, but also environmentally friendly and not very expensive.
