The architectural bureau Stephenson Studio has presented a project House 780 in Manchester, United Kindom. The private residence area of 465 square meters was built on the place of an old one-storey building. The client wanted the residence to be more spacious and functional due to the requirements of a growing family and modern lifestyle. Significant land slope with a difference of eight meters in the level was an important advantage in the process of creating a secluded space in the back yard. There are two units on which you can get from two bridges – a large concrete for cars and small footbridge made of glass and steel. Also, the client wanted to have a simple and elegant interior design of the mansion that consistent with the external appearance of the building. The living room of two levels provides enough space to relax by the fireplace, and the kitchen and dining room are connected to it. Bedrooms, office and gym are situated in a separate block.
