Rising from the heart of the Capital, the Koops Mill development calls on the historic sentimentality still present in today’s industrial complexes to produce a striking modern design.
The development is a mix of 2,465 square feet of commercial and 7,771 square feet of residential areas, an innovation meant as the answer to a time of housing shortages. The gated courtyard of the development gives access to the parking space and serves as the entrance to the commercial and residential areas. Existing tenants can enjoy the privacy provided by the stepped, landscaped terraces of each floor.

Constructed from a steel frame structure, the building is reinforced by a concrete deep strip foundation to alleviate the stress induced on the underground tube line below.
