Architects from Mexican Taller Estilo studio have brought to life an interesting architectural solution under conditions of the land plot`s constraint environment and specific features of its location towards the cardinal points.
This house has three levels and is located on the narrow plot, which has width between the adjoining houses equal to only 6.5 meters. This fact stimulated the architects to search for new and interesting solutions to overcome the lack of square meters. Thus, the main peculiarity of the house has become the mass corner glazing of the façade, which helped to fill the premises with the light to the maximum. A glass wall two stories in size is made as large opened leafs leading to a small inner yard with a swimming pool. There is a living room, a dining room and kitchen on the first floor. In order to reduce the pressure from a concrete wall of the neighbouring gouse on the small space the architects created a winter garden at the zone between the houses. This is a very unusual solution!
The rest area is located on the second floor. The third one is private and includes a bedroom, a bathroom and original opened terrace. It is located inside the premise and is separated by a glass partition. Plenty of wooden décor elements and furniture items fill the premise`s atmosphere with warmth.
