GP House project is introduced by Bitar Arquitectos studio in Pachuca de Soto city, Mexico. This is a private residence of 515 square meters, which has two levels, conjoined by the stairs block. The building is divided into functional zones according to the strict lineal plan. The main bedroom, which is located at the upper floor, together with the two-level living room and dining room downstairs is overlooking the backyard. The residence`s facade is made of glass at this part of the building, and thus anyone can enjoy the landscape and golf fields. The residence`s facing contains mainly natural materials, including wood, marble and stone, which are combined with concrete, metal and glass. Such a combination makes the building look modern, stylish and cozy at the same time.
