The building is divided into functional zones according to the strict lineal plan. The main bedroom, which is located at the upper floor, together with the two-level living room and dining room downstairs is overlooking the backyard. The residence`s facade is made of glass at this part of the building, and thus anyone can enjoy the landscape and golf fields. The residence`s facing contains mainly natural materials, including wood, marble and stone, which are combined with concrete, metal and glass. Such a combination makes the building look modern, stylish and cozy at the same time.
