A charming private residence “Casa V9” was developed by architects from the VGZ arquitectura y diseño studio in Mexico City (Mexico) in 2014. The building has an H-shape construction with a south-overlooking façade; such an approach helps to save energy and fills the premises with natural light and warmth. The house is finished with natural materials, mainly wood and stone. There is a laundry room, gym, wine cellar and garage on the basement level.
The first room is beautified with a luxurious social zone, which contains a luxurious two-story living room with a fireplace, perfectly equipped kitchen, dining room, home cinema and private office with a library. The upper floor is occupied by a private zone. Large modern windows have UF-protected glass. Wide open spaces and an elegant modern interior fill the house`s atmosphere with a positive and relaxing climate.

Luxurious furniture of wood and leather, including Chesterfield sofas, make the interior stylish and presentable. The house is equipped with Smart House, the intelligent control system, providing coordinated and automatic work of all the utility systems. A fabulous garden with cozy terraces and fireplace invites one to rest outdoors.
