Architects of Marmol Radziner studio have presented a residence called Burton and situated in Mendocino County at the northern coast of the USA`s California. This country house of 205 square meters is intended for rest and is located at a small hill. Its main concept is to preserve the natural beauty by creation of an eco- modular construction, which is as simple as possible. The delicate residence is notable for its open planning in the daily zone. Thus, the living room, dining room and kitchen are united in one area and are outlooking the interior yard with a terrace for rest, which has a fireplace and a swimming pool. The main bedroom is placed at the northern part of the house and is projected to be more intimate and closed.
