The project was implemented within the lack of money and in complicated terrain conditions. The house has 204 sq. meters, is located on the steep hill and has two residential floors and one semi-basement level, which contains the garage for three autos.
Sliding garage`s doors look stylish, are performed of dark wood material and perfectly fit the building`s composition. High grey stairs provide the entrance to the house. The apartments have splendid social zone, several bedrooms, home office, wardrobe room and spacious wooden terrace.
The finishing with natural materials, beautiful stylish furniture and bright décor elements make the interior elegant and exquisite. Plenty of wood material, ceiling beams and brick fireplace fill the atmosphere with home coziness and warmth. Combination of light-grey walls, dark wooden beams and warm glazed wooden floors look stylish and balanced.
Large panoramic windows provide picturesque view on the hills and the valley. Luxurious kitchen impresses as well, as it is equipped with modern household appliances. Red mosaic tiles and bright bar chairs bring special glamour to this room. Opened shelve stand under the stairs allow to display favorite items and souvenirs.
