Modern Apartment with elegant interior on the coast of Tyrrhenian Sea at San Vincenzo resort town (Tuscany region, Italy) is performed upon the project of the architect Carlo Pecorini. The apartment is located inside the old building, constructed in 1800s; this feature was taken into consideration at the reconstruction and repair.

Nowadays these are stylish and cozy apartments with light spacious premises. The interior`s idea is based upon the contrast of textures, materials and styles. Cold steel stays in perfect contrast with warm wood. Stone wall in the living room reminds of the building`s history and is perfectly combined with modern white sofa.

The wooden dining table highlights the rural style and creates the atmosphere of coziness and peace. There is an original designer`s chandelier, located above, which “adds sauce” to the interior. The bedroom in blue tinctures invites to have a placid and pleasant sleep. Due to the use of various tinctures of blue colours it seems filled with the fresh air and coolness.
