This is relatively small country house, built on almost delta-shaped parcel of land at one of the Sao Paulo`s suburban areas. The arrangement is created in form of two rectangular blocks, put one upon the other at right angle. The lower one is of bigger cubic content, has linear, sequential design and encompasses two bedrooms and a parlour. Another large bedroom is located upstairs. The main construction elements are made of monolithic concrete, while the second floor is based on steel structures.
