Casa Santo Antonio manor was designed in 2011 by H+F Arquitetos company. The house is located at Santo Antônio do Pinhal municipality, on the verge of wood reserve, the southern part of Sierra de Mantiqueira region, Brazil. This house is located on the slope of the hill, is spacious and consists of three levels. The upper story provides outstanding panoramic view on the forest and its surroundings. There is a garden with green lawns on the house`s roof. Moreover, there are marvelous terraces and patios on each level.
Two lower stories are constructed of concrete blocks. Upper stories are mounted of light metallic profiles, plywood and glass. The window shades are also made of plywood. The house has 390 sq. meters. The lower story includes service premises, small timber mill and carpentry shop. The major volume of construction materials was made at this very mill or in the carpentry. The second level allocates bedrooms, whereas the upper story contains the rest zone, living room and kitchen. This manor is surrounded by exuberant greenery and is a unique place for rest and perfect pastime.
