Located significantly far away from the busy street, it stands where a garden house once stood and provides its owners with a certain sense of privacy the whole year round. One could also describe the property as being positively isolated, if not intimate.

The main building separates the land into the lush front and rear gardens. A beautifully landscaped garden welcomes the homeowners and their guests while a functional rear garden, suitable for growing vegetation, can be found out back.

A Palladian 3×3 grid supports the home. The main building has been divided into two with a wonderfully designed and accented dining room standing as its focal point. As for the external living area, one can find differently sized patio spaces, a garage, storage spaces, and a family pool.

What is impressive about the external layout is that apart from providing a secondary living area, it also serves as an in-between for the main house and the front and back gardens.
