Three luxury apartments Casa F, designed by PEÑA Architecture bureau, have appeared in the place of the former museum Kralings. Residents have a beautiful garden with the area of approximately 600 square meters. The architects aimed to create the comfortable and respectable dwelling without changing existing building structure. The authors has perfectly coped with the task offering a unique design concept. Casa F also includes modern apartment with the area of 193 sq. meters on the second floor. Open layout, 6 meters high ceiling, light interior palette and abundance of natural light gives a feel of freedom and lightness. There are spacious social area, master bedroom with embedded bathroom and dressing room, and a guest bedroom with separated bathroom and toilet. The living room joined with a game room which has pass a large balcony.
The décor with contrast black color and natural wood create dynamic and lively atmosphere. Special attention should be given to black classic armchairs, light oak floor, wooden dining table with black chairs which have original form and granite kitchen desktop. Bedroom cabinets and dress room were made of oak while bookshelves in the living room of walnut. All the other cabinets have been developed special for this project.
