Ward is a private residence, which was designed by Marmol Radziner studio`s architects and is located at the western part of Los Angeles, California. This residence of 370 square meters has two stories and is constructed on a small hill. The building consists of two parts, linked together with a glass corridor. One block contains kitchen, living room and bedroom, whereas bedrooms and bathrooms are placed at the private residence`s block. There is a big swimming pool on the backyard and the surrounding territory is beautified by landscape designers. The feature of this residence`s facing is big amount of polished concrete bricks as well planks of zinc plated steel and glass.

Marmol Radziner’s designs still looks great even though a lot of time and urban living trends have passed by. I think that’s what makes him a great designer, his works are timeless and creative. On the topic of prefabs, he also designed a new Instrumental Home with Lenny Kravitz as the interior designer.
