The private villa called Pi performed by the designer Oliver Grigić is located not far from Čepin town, Eastern Croatia. It is constructed in a form of three independent blocks, conjoined with glass passing modulation with greened roofs.
It was quite a challenge for the author to create a country house for the full rest of big family, which enjoys hosting guests and business partners. Each block has its own entrance and performs certain function. One of them contains service rooms and a swimming pool, another is intended for owner`s living. The third southern block is for guests.
The residence`s living space is more than 1400 sq. meters. There is a wide range of premises for rest and entertainment, namely fitness hall, wooden sauna, gorgeous swimming pool with jacuzzi and relax zone. The house is equipped with Smart house system, which provides effective management of heating, air ventilation and lighting systems.
The interior of the premises is performed in modern style with predominance of warm yellow-brown tinctures, filling the house with warmth and coziness. The land spot, located around the villa, is of 4 hectares and is turned into beautiful landscape park with artificial lake.
