Giraldi Associati Architetti studio has projected a modern house for a writer in Bologna (Italy). This residence is located at restrained urban conditions, where the buildings must not exceed three stories in height and are surrounded only by condominiums. Simple and austere shapes of the house have various extents, which contain different functional zones. The first floor accommodates a living room, kitchen and dining room, which are divided by the brick wall with a fireplace. In general, decoration of this room is rather simple. The lower level locates laundry room, bathroom and service room. Apart from that there is cabinet, rest room, terrace and sleeping zone at the upper level.
