The private residence named Elements is constructed by William Kaven Architecture studio close to Portland city (Oregon, the USA). The building is located on the steep hillside and consists of two blocks with a total square of 170 m2. The architects placed the day zone on the upper floor, so the dwellers may have a fabulous view on Columbia River. It is also possible to enjoy the surrounding beauty through solid glass wall at the parlor zone, which also has the entrance to the spacious terrace. In order to keep the life of dwellers private the architects located bedrooms on the first floor and made them more closed.
