This luxury residence of 1,370 square meters consists of indoor and outdoor living areas. The main features of this villa are spacious terraces. This house was designed for an active family in which its members like to cook, to receive visitors and entertain. Therefore, it was a key element in the designing process to find for residents the opportunity to do whatever they like on each of the three floors of the house. Thus, the favorite zone on the ground floor is the outdoor terrace with the swimming pool, fireplace and the indoor area to play Ping-Pong. The interior space of this level is secondary, because main rooms are located above: bedrooms on the second floor, as well as the living room, dining room and kitchen on the third floor.
