Magnificent private house called Cove Residence on the shore of bay in Southampton, New York (the USA) is performed upon the project of Stelle Lomont Rouhani Architects. This modern three-story residence with breathtaking ocean view delights with elegant architectural and design decisions.

The building`s facades are decorated with wood and glass, which provide endurance and life of the building. The house and small landing pier are conjoined with wooden alley; moreover, there is a wooden terrace with swimming pool between the house and landing pier. There is a cozy and comfortable living room on the first floor. The second floor accommodates private zone and the upper floor contains rooms for guests. Large light premises with panoramic ocean views increase the feeling of close union of the interior and nature.
