This house in dunes was built upon the project of Stelle Lomont Rouhani Architects in Amagansett, New York (the USA) in 2015. The private residence is located within a walking distance from the ocean; its presence is felt by the smell of the air and wind, which brings freshness and salty humidity.
The house has 4555 sq. feet (380 sq. meters) and consists of the two levels, a beautiful yard (0.71 acres) with a swimming pool and a large terrace for rest. The architects took into consideration the peculiarities of the topography and the climate and used only qualitative high-endurance materials.

The building`s facades are faced with concrete panels, which make the house strong and reliable, despite the strong winds with sault and sand. There is a marvelous green deck on the roof, which allows to rest and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Moreover, panels of solar batteries, generating the energy for the house, are installed here as well.

The interior is made in a form of modern minimalism in light colour palette. Beautiful furniture, modern equipment and expensive qualitative finishing make the residence presentable and elegant.
