The architectural studio Ruhl Walker Architects has carried the building of the modern country house by their own project for relaxing on your holidays and giving parties in Wellfleet, Massachusetts, USA. Surrounding sand dunes, unexplored beaches of Cape Cod, reserved forests and picturesque hills makes this area unforgettable. Each detail of the house project was created taking into account the characteristics of the landscape, thus, it blended in perfectly with the National Park of the coastal strip.

This stunning apartment provides you with the area of 260 square meters for relaxing and creative working. The house consists of two buildings: the dwelling house and the art studio that are connected by a bridge junction. There are panoramic windows in each room that allows masters to admire the Atlantic Ocean and the young pine forest. The house is designed according to LEED certification standards as an energy-efficient, environmentally friendly and sustainable building. Its functionality is provided by its own energy. Power is supplied via the solar panel located on the roof. In addition, it is equipped with the ventilation and heat recovery system.
