The architects from PAD Studio have implemented the project of New Forest House on the outskirts of the New Forest in the UK. The main principle of the building is minimal impact on the environment. A raised foundation, low green roof, solar power instead electricity and heating, rainwater harvesting, recycling of wastewater, and natural pond instead of an artificial pool make the residence ecological and self-sufficient in total harmony with the surrounding nature.
