This is a small modern apartment, designed by OOOOX project company, called 12 Lofts and located in Prague, the Czech Republic. It impresses with simplicity and comfort. The center of the apartment is spacious social zone, performed in minimalism style with predominance of grey tinctures. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the premises with natural light and warmth. The L-shaped sofa, located in front of the TV, as well as cozy classic arm-chair towards the bioethanol fireplace are favourable places for relaxation and pleasant conversation.

The dining zone consists of a big dining table for 8 persons. Elegant designer chairs bring individuality and freshness to the interior. Outstanding bright chandelier above the table makes the premises glamorous and friendly. The elite German kitchen Bulthaup impresses with its technical capabilities and aesthetics. Apart from that there is a kitchen island of stainless steel, which perfectly fits the general design. There is also a drawer covered by oak weener, which is located right behind the kitchen island.

The glass sliding doors allow to enter the home office from the living room. The home office is a small cozy room, equipped with all necessary for work and privacy. Light-grey bedroom in combination with white walls create pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Large windows with splendid grey curtains make the room especially cozy and elegant. The apartment`s interior is filled with outstanding décor items and accessories, selected with exceptional taste and maintained in the same black-grey-and-white tinctures.
