Architectural company ORA has implemented a spacious loft with the area of 140 square meters. Noteworthy, that the house is located in the attic of a historic building of an old university that was built in the XIX century in Mikulov, Czech Republic. The space of the lecture hall was divided into several apartments and the attic was turned into a residential loft. The architects aimed not only preserve historic heritage and its unique atmosphere, but also create convenient conditions for life. Therefore, architects decided to leave the atmosphere in its original condition, since sometimes the main design’s part isn’t design. Wooden beams, steel bars and open space looked great, but there was the main purpose – to find suitable residents. As a result, the couple, who stop here during their summer holidays, bought the loft.
