This exclusive residence house named «Casa Blanca Residence»  was created by designers of «Architect Martin Dulanto»  studio and is famous for its large living room, able to turn into the outdoor terrace. The designers managed to implement such a wonderful transformation using the system of movable glass partitions. At first they look like windows. However, you just need to move them apart and the living room will be turned into the stylish out of door terrace.  Despite this unique and exciting designer`s decision of opened and garden-integrated living room is unable to provide the enjoyment of the nature and landscape to the full extend, it creates the atmosphere of freedom and brings owners of this residence close to the nature.

All residence`s interior details are rather stylish and performed in minimalism style, while the colour range is rather moderate. The only bright detail and the core element of the residence`s interior is the bright orange staircase. It unites the roof terrace with the first floor and basement. The furniture items are worth mentioning as well, as some of them are made in a very unusual way. For example, the minimalism-styled dining table is manufactured in “angle” shape and rests upon solid pier. Such a powerful balance mass prevents the overturn of the table towards the “hanging” tabletop.
