Tennent + Brown Architects project company has introduced Cook Strait, the private house in Wellington (New Zealand). This residence is located on the top of the cliff forty-five meters high and overlooks the bay and nearby islands. This is a perfectly equipped building of 400 sq. meters with modern design and low maintenance. The main owner`s requests were the possibility to lay in the sun and panoramic view from the main rooms. Apart from that the owners got a place to accommodate the comprehensive collection of pieces of art and ceramics, manufactured by local craftsmen.
