The project bureau Fractal Construction undertook the decoration of the apartment in townhouse Gramercy which is located in New York on the 17th Street. The house was built about one hundred years ago; however, it has pleasantly changed for the last several months.
Wonderful apartment takes three floors and has 2 cosy terraces on the roof, where it blooms and smells garden. Before you get there, you must pass through three floors and can admire by their interior design.
So, the first floor is the living room, besides it has a circle form. Here, there are two huge leather semicircular sofas. In the middle, on the round rug there is a small table in the form of a batch of books. However, let’s raise our eyes up: all this beauty is lighted by a huge designer chandelier, covering with its specks of light all furniture elements of the room.
On the second floor there are private cabinets and bedrooms. Finishing is bright here, everything is full of space, and in order to save the total volume of the room, the unnecessary elements are strictly limited here. Minimalism is just at the right time.

Lightning is created by hardly noticeable lamps in the form of amber drops. Most of the walls are empty, only some corners are filled with armchairs and some entertainment elements – a TV, acoustic equipment.
When you passed by the bathroom and the kitchen, the wooden staircase leads up, just there, where you gazed on it in the street. It is an amazing open-air terrace. Here, on the wooden floor are set the chaise lounges and tables.

The recreation area is guarded by the green plants along the perimeter among which there are hidden floodlights. At the night time this terrace transforms into a real paradise island in the middle of a vast city.
