This modern villa was constructed in Spain, at the oldest district of Palma de Mallorca in 2014. The magnificent white manor is located at the outskirts of the city on the hill with a wonderful bay view. The house has original geometric shape, 3 stories, several terraces and a lagre swimming pool with a deck.

The villa`s area is 857 sq. meters. There is a rest zone on the basement level, consisting of a home cinema, a fitness hall and a wine cellar. The first floor allocates a deluxe living room with a fireplace, as well as a modern kitchen, a dining room, a guest`s bedroom and working cabinet, which could be easily transformed into a play room or a library. All premises here have entrance both to a wooden terrace of approximately 200 sq. meters and to 20-m swimming pool.

The upper level of this villa is designed to be a private zone and contains a living room, a bedroom with an upscale bathroom and wardrobe section, as well as 3 other small bedrooms with bathrooms. Modern interior design is seamlessly entwined with elements of the classic style. Special luxurious atmosphere is achieved due to the use of high-qualitative construction and finishing materials, such as natural marble floor, oak parquet, as well as Schueco windows and doors.
