This luxurious out-of-town villa called OVD 919 is located at the root of famous Lion`s Head Mountain in Bantry Bay, Cape Town (South Africa) and was built in 2014 upon the project of SAOTA architect studio.  Marvelous views on mountains, Atlantic Ocean and Robben Island make it especially unique and attractive.
Large four-level house of around 1000 sq. meters has an opened terrace across the perimeter, a swimming pool and large garden. There are residential premises at the main levels, including 7 bedrooms, several living rooms, a dining room and kitchen. Service premises and garage are located at two lower levels, hidden in the cliff.
Open planning of premises, natural finishing materials (including oak wood, granite, cast bronze) and predominance of light colour palette in the interior fill the atmosphere with coziness and unusual lightness. Large panoramic windows allow to enjoy wonderful surrounding landscapes.
The interior is decorated with plenty of unpainted polished concrete, radiating the freshness. Modern luxurious furniture and carefully selected décor items create perfect image of a country house, intended for the proper rest.
