The famous American studio called CHA:COL has finished the project of Twin Loft residential apartment, Los Angeles (California, the USA) in 2015. This modern spacious apartment has appeared on the place of two attics at the high rise mansion. The initial idea was to create a small apartment on the place of one attic, however, the owner managed to purchase the neighboring attic during the process of reconstruction. This is how the outstanding big apartment was created.
The half of the space is occupied by the private zone, whereas the second half contains the zone intended for rest and guests entertainment. Concrete walls and ceilings, columns and abutments, as well as opened communications create industrial glamour, which perfectly suit modern finishing materials and functional furniture. White in-built furniture with reflecting surface fills the space of social zone with light and warmth.
Large billiard table and comfortable chairs of mustard colour are located in front of the TV and offer rest and pleasant conversation. Plenty of opened shelves allow to dispose faviourite items and collections. The kitchen is performed by Bontempi, the famous Italian company. Together with Porcelanosa facing materials and decorative finishing it makes the interior comfort and glamorous. Luxurious wardrobe allows to keep all clothes and accessories immaculate.
