This apartment has 88 sq. meters in area and seems to be more spacious as it is. This effect was achieved due to the use of a neutral colour palette and well-planned lighting.

The apartment plan is rather simple: a living room with opened planning is conjoined with a kitchen and dining room. There are bedrooms and sanitary conveniences on one side of the living room and a terrace on the other.

The living room greets with elegant combination of white walls and gentle wood. In order not to overload the space the designer has equipped the living room with minimum of necessary furniture and décor elements. It`s interesting to note that the furniture is rather heterogeneous: a grey felt sofa is complemented with leather and rattan artmchairs.

There is a dining room close to the living zone; the most attractive element here is a wooden table with carved legs, which is compatiable with the surrounding modern scenery. The kitchen impresses with unusual but stylish combination of white and brown colours along with metal elements. The zone is arranged in a way, which allows communicating with guests, who rest in a living room, while cooking.

The bedrooms` interior solution is minimalistic: white walls and wooden floor create a flexible basis, which could be capriciously modified and supplemented. Thus, the room will have a new look if you just change the pillows` or coverlet`s colour to a brighter one. The children`s room is also decorated in neutral tones and may look a bit boring; however any bright textile can easily change this.

The bathrooms are also designed for those preferring functional minimalism and contain only essential elements, framed with classical colour combinations. The last section in this apartment is a sunny terrace, containing plenty of greenery, rattan chairs and impressive Vancouver views.
