The La SHED Architecture studio has presented the Blue Hills cottage located on a small slope in the forest zone of the Morin Heights ski resort, Quebec. The residence of 200 square meters has only one floor to blend well in the natural environment. The siding made of natural cedar acquires a gray shade with time that will make the house even less noticeable on the background of trees.

The house has a simple and elegant interior. Moreover, there is a functional arrangement of rooms where the central place is given to the kitchen, on the sides of which are designed dining room and lounge with an access to the terrace. In addition, the house provides the rest room, three bedrooms and the small office for owners.
