This cozy apartment is designed in pleasant light tinctures and performed upon the project of MK-Interio architect studio in Saint Petersburg (Russia). The apartment is intended for a small family. It has 159 sq. meters, yet looks rather big and luxurious due to interesting designer`s ideas. The main task of this project was creation of comfortable residential space for relaxation from city bustle.
The interior is performed in minimalism style with predominance of neutral beige-brown palette. Presence of Japanese motives brings special uniqueness and atmosphere to the interior. Opened planning, simplicity and natural character of décor create cozy atmosphere and provide conditions for calm and placid rest.
Original furniture, high floor vases, ceramic items and china statuettes peculiarize and emphasize the interior. Unusual lighting fixtures, ceiling lamps with airy abat-joures, wall paintings in a form of hieroglyph rock art make this residence especially romantic and exotic.
Wall murals are true decoration of this apartment. They not only create unusual atmosphere, yet visually enlarge the space. Use of natural wood in the interior brings in harmony and home coziness. Apart from that the residence is filled with sunny light and warmth due to big panoramic windows.
