Slovenian designer Nik Lorberg has invented a compact reclining chair, intended for city, travels and outdoor recreation.
The model named Leano was created especially for those, who strive to spend time outdoors, somewhere in the city or close to nature.
The main feature and advantage of this chair is its compactness and light weight. It weighs less than iPad Air and has the height of only 49 sm. The Leano chair consists of only four elements: three shanks of tough beechwood and a textile pallet. It takes you only a few seconds to recompose Leano.
This chair keeps on any surface without any embedment. However, its authors warn: it is necessary to be careful while using the reclining chair on marble or any other smooth surface.
The designer says:
“Leano is a unique, practical, portable, lightweight chair that you can take with you and use it virtually
anywhere. Handcrafted from beech wood and combined with strong handsewn fabrics in 3 different vivid colors, Leano provides a nice warm natural feel and durable, comfortable support for your back. It weighs less than an ipad and it’s smaller than an ukulele, making it perfect for parks, camping, festivals, hiking or any other activity where you would want to rest your back.”
