Architect Dimitar Karanikolov and interior designer Veneta Niklova (from firm Meshroom) always dreamed to have some space that they could call their own. They spend two years hardly working and finally rebuilt it. After returning to Sofia, Bulgaria, a couple was looking for a house, where they could take root. After all they found a unique attic apartment. The space was small, but they knew how to turn it into what they needed. Although modern technology takes central part in the work of architect and designer, the couple did very much to hide from view the most eye-catching and modern devices. Second floor with a curved ceiling is guest bedroom with unusual recessed bath.
