Greene Street Loft project from Slade Architecture is an effective transformation of industrial building of 300 square meters into the private New York residence. Large windows, high ceilings and original columns provide specific features and highlight functional zones. The aluminum book-case separates the living room, kitchen and dining room from the cabinet. Bathroom and hidden wardrobe room are placed into functional blocks. If necessary, the main bedroom could be also divided in two parts with the help of movable partitions. Architects chose all the materials and furniture carefully. In order to make the premises cozy, stylish but not boring, some of the furniture items were created upon the individual projects.
