The Williamsburg loft is a living premises and working studio at the time with a total square of 325 sq. meters. The premise`s interior was performed by Ensemble Architecture bureau.  This loft belongs to a family couple of a sculptor and a chief cook. They had been searching for the proper dwelling for a long time and finally found this premises at the lower story of the industrial building. Around half of the space was readjusted into the sculptor`s studio, whereas the second part of the residence was modelled to be a living zone with professional kitchen, perfect for TV recording and various activities. There is an office next to the kitchen behind the partition, where the husband writes his culinary books.
