Cumberland townhouse in Brooklyn was purchased by new owners being out of repair. The rear wall was tottery and there used to be lot of water inside. The customers addressed to experts from Ensemble Architecture bureau (New York), who managed to fully renovate the residence and even enlarged it using two-level outbuilding with glass doors, providing the entrance to the backyard with garden. A grapevine is expected to muffle up all internal walls of the garden in future. The kitchen and dining room are located at the first floor, whereas the owner`s bedroom is upstairs.
