This luxurious manor called Trevose House in Singapore was done upon the project of A D LAB architect bureau. The three-story house of 484 square meters is located at a quiet green suburb of the city and occupies almost all the territory of the parcel of land. There is only a small swimming pool, covered with mosaic tiles in the little back yard. The key element of the project is upscale spiral veranda, which goes around the house and ends with a lawn on the roof.
Thanks to this veranda, all inhabitants of the house may move around the house from the outer side without impediment. Moreover, this feature of the building brings the feeling of space continuity. Considering the absence of the farmstead, the authors have transferred the fresh greenery to the veranda. A big glazed area fills the premises with natural light. The first floor contains a public zone, which allows a family of several generations to perfectly spent time in communication. Sliding doors and walls allow modeling the space, depending on the needs. This floor also contains rooms for the oldest family members.

The second floor allocates two children’s rooms, as well as the parents` bedroom and guest room. All of them have bathrooms and wardrobe rooms. The rooms for rest and play, as well as a home office and one more bedroom were placed on the upper story. Splendid interior provides the feeling of genuine aesthetic pleasure. Expensive finishing with natural materials, exquisite furniture, luxurious textile and an effectively selected color palette make it elegant and respectable.
