A modern private house is located in Madrid, nearby La Moraleja, not far from Golf courses. Except stylish and strict exterior, it is distinguished by a quite unusual and very catchy spiral staircase from steel and wood.
Speaking about aesthetics, you can’t fail to notice that all premises are made in cubic style that is harmoniously complemented with elements from glass and natural stone.
In the fence design, it can be noted different kinds of glass details. The facade is a composition of straight lines and silhouettes, resulted from a manipulation with large volumes.

For the inner space of building it is typical open interior that is flooded with natural light thanks to the glass panels of the facade and large windows. The main element of the complex design is a spiral staircase, made of steel and wood, and connecting two floors of the house. It is fully sculptural staircase, and its sinuous forms convey a sense of movement.
