The Barrancas House project was presented by EZEQUIELFARCA arquitectura y diseño studio. This house was initially built in 1970-s and reconstructed just recently. Its space is 720 sq. meters and is developed with care to details and to surprise everyone. Architects took advantage of details and made elements of the surrounding nature (such as natural light and forest view) a part of the interior by using panoramic windows. Natural materials like marble and wood in combination with the natural colour tincture (starting from dark-green to chocolate), create a feeling of unification and infinity of the interior and exterior.
The elements of comfort are the following: home cinema, wine cellar, fitness room, 2 terraces, a swimming pool, a garden and green zones. This project is also famous for its “green” roof and walls, energy-efficient system of water saving and use of solar energy. The architects managed to create multi-functional space due to the installation of movable partitions and hidden doors, as well as especially designed furniture.
