Architects Eric Odor and Chris Meyer from SALA Architects studio have designed a private house called Urban Green and located in Minneapolis city (Minnesota, the USA). The residence has 210 sq. meters and costed $500 000. It was also awarded according to the LEED certificate program for green technologies. The building has three bedrooms, a cozy living room, which is connected with a kitchen and dining room, and a separate garage. The interior demonstrates the eclectic mix of traditional and modern elements, which correspond with the customer`s preferences. There is also a passive solar heating, plenty of natural light and ventilation and bamboo floor in the building. These solutions make the house incredibly cozy and compliant with modern ecologic requirements.
