DAR612 studio has recently presented the project of the house for a family of four members. The house is named J20 and is located in Zagreb, Croatian.
It consists of two parts: the main longitudinal wing with white facade and perpendicular element which is made of dark wood.
The spacious living room with the large white leather sofa is in the first annex. Glass doors completely replaced one wall from floor to ceiling. The swimming pool and spacious balcony occupied the second floor.
The pass with glass walls connects these annexes. It was designed in the form of steel structure with wooden panels and plays an important role in the interior. It visually combines perpendicular blocks and creates one continuous space.
The garage and playroom are in the dark brown block. The bedroom and bathrooms are on the second floor. In addition, each bedroom has the small balcony.
You have an access to the veranda from every building’s part. White annex’s veranda is made of white stones. Also, it is equipped with the special shelf for firewood. On the other hand, dark veranda is made of light wood.
Use of bright colors and a variety of wooden surfaces make the interior cozy and modern.
