This private residence at Crozon peninsula (France) with marvelous bay view was constructed in Neo-Breton style and upon the project of Agence d’architecture Pierre-Yves Le Goaziou in 2012.
The three-story apartment is built on the cliffy shore and therefore has unusual architecture features. At the same time the building`s construction is rather simple and compact. There is a variety of balconies, terraces and opened verandas at the house, which provide perfect conditions for outdoor rest and allows to enjoy the charming pine forest and seascape.

Southern façade is as opened to the sunlight and warmth as possible. Yet the northern and eastern ones are almost closed. The interior is performed in modern style with predominance of light natural tones. Moreover, its style and attractiveness is highlighted by outstanding décor items.
